DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Factory PR is in search of Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, a self-starter with a desire to consume, understand and apply data to marketing strategies. This position, which reports to a VP, will heavily involve develop marketing strategies for existing clients and support PR campaigns and digital campaigns and activations rooted in content and influencer partnership.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Optimize and grow existing digital marketing channels and identify, evaluate and recommend new ones
  • Manage/Create SEM, Display and Paid Social marketing campaigns with a strong focus of driving new customer acquisition strategies
  • Partner with Content Creation team to develop strategies to amplify engagement and reach
  • Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics
  • Maintain alignment with promotional and editorial calendars to ensure marketing messages and spend is consistent with the company goals
  • Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations
  • Perform competitive analysis, industry research and the assessment of best practices
  • Keep current with industry developments, trends and interpret appropriate applications to these changes for all accounts
  • Create and maintain agency email marketing program
  • Maintain reports to monitor campaign budgets across all channels
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3-4 years minimum managing paid media channels; Paid Search and Display
  • Understanding of key industry metrics and variables
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
  • Functional knowledge and/or personal experience with Google AdWords and Microsoft Ad Center
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with data efficiently and effectively; strong analytics skills
  • High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
